Our company began its association with Advance in 2000, to relieve us of the headaches involved in recruiting and coordinating the seasonal needs for traffic control personnel on our road surface construction projects. No mean feat, considering that we need people on call, trained and oriented to our specifications, subject to changing needs, often delayed, or accelerated, by changing weather, ready to show up at our construction sites.
